You have a first-class education with an above-average final exam and are fluent in business English. It is just as important to us that you present yourself as a legal personality with the ability to develop creative and practical solutions which allow a consensus to be reached. You should demonstrate self-confidence, fairness, tenaciousness and a high readiness to act to ensure that you are also successful in disputes before the court. Experience in working as an attorney and previous knowledge in IP are very welcome, but are not a requirement.
