UDRP Proceedings
The Standard for gTLD Disputes The most common procedure we use is the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) of the WIPO. It applies to numerous generic top-level domains such as “.com”, “.net”, “.org” and all new gTLDs. In addition, the UDRP also applies to 72 country-specific top-level domains (ccTLDs).
Other ADR Procedures for ccTLDs

Depending on the domain extension, we also use other specialized dispute resolution procedures, including:

  • usDRP for “.us”
  • INDRP for “.in”
  • DRS Policy for “.uk”
  • EU Regulation No. 874/2004 for “.eu” We conduct these procedures directly or through our international network.
Protection of Rights for New Top-Level Domains

We offer the following protection mechanisms for the new gTLDs:

  • Legal Rights Objections
  • Proceedings under the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS)
  • Filing your trademarks in the Trademark Clearing House
Content Monitoring and DMCA Procedures
We enforce copyrights on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and eBay on your behalf through professional DMCA notifications. This obliges providers to remove infringing content—provided that the notification meets the formal requirements, which we take care of.
ccTLDs Outside the UDRP
Our Network Steps In For domain disputes in countries whose ccTLDs are not covered by the WIPO UDRP, we draw on our globally established network. This ensures that your trademark rights are effectively protected in these regions as well.
